Les tâches
- Diagnose equipment issues related to engines, transmissions, electrical, hydraulic, diesel, and emissions systems using computerized systems and testing equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air compressor units at client locations. Perform preventative maintenance (oil/fluid checks, lubrication, cleaning), and repair/replace defective parts, components, and systems, including major engine overhauls.
- Test repaired equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Respond to customer needs in a positive, supportive, and timely manner.
- Document work orders and reports.
- Ensure all work adheres to on-site safety requirements, regulations, and environmental standards.
- Explain technical issues and solutions to clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed.

Exigences du poste
- Willingness to travel to locations across BC and possibly Canada
- Heavy Equipment Technician Certification
- Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Proficiency with tools
- Ability to read blueprints
